The official Hurricane Season 2021 started June 1st.

In an effort to make sure that the procedures that each Division and Flotilla employees to account for its members pre and post storm the District will be conducting an Accountability drill.  I ask that each of you review your unit’s accountability tactics and alert all those within your units that have responsibility to account for the members.

Members will be contacted using the EVERBRIDGE system. Contact will be by phone, text and e-mail. Make certain that all members know to follow the instructions provided in the alerts to respond and be accounted.

Be sure you add EVERBRIDGE USCGAUX 334-510-0654 to your contacts list.  

When you receive a call above name will show on your phone.   

Remember that if, you are responding to the telephone call that you must listen to the entire message prior to responding.  When you receive a text simply respond with YES.

All of us in elected leadership are responsible to account for the well being of 100% of our membership. Now is the time to work the kinks out of the system, lets not get caught during an actual incident with our collective pants down.
